Online Art Psychotherapy

Art Psychotherapy integrates art making and creative expression into the therapeutic process offering a more accessible, flexible, and personalised form of therapy.

Online individual art psychotherapy sessions are 50-minute sessions for individuals (8 years +) at a rate of $120.00 per session.

Art Psychotherapy services are covered under most insurance providers. Coverage varies by provider, so clients are encouraged to confirm their specific benefits with their insurance company.*

How it Works:

Consultation Call

20 minutes - FREE

A consultation call is an opportunity to meet with the therapist over video call to get a sense of their approach and personality. You can also share briefly about what kind of support you are looking for and see if they feel like the right fit. After the consultation call, we will reach out to you to see if you wish to proceed. If so, we will send you a copy of the consent and intake forms for you to review.

2

Initial Psychotherapy Assessment

50-minutes - $120.00

The first session is focused on providing an initial assessment. This includes reviewing your intake and consent forms, exploring your hopes or goals for therapy, and developing your treatment plan. For children younger than 13 years old, the initial assessment is typically done with the caregivers only (some exceptions apply).

3

Individual Art Psychotherapy Sessions

50-minutes - $120.00

A minimum of 8 sessions, typically on a weekly basis, is recommended to support consistency, build therapeutic momentum, and allow sufficient time for meaningful progress. Regular sessions help strengthen the therapeutic relationship and create a stable foundation for lasting change.

4

Check-Ins Calls

30 minutes - $50.00

Check-in calls offer parents and caregivers an opportunity to review progress, discuss observations, and stay actively involved in their child's therapeutic journey.

They also provide a supportive, more flexible option for individuals who may not be ready for or able to access full sessions, while still benefiting from connection, guidance, and continuity of care.
