Artist Flow - Coming Soon!
A Journey Guided by your Body & Creative Flow
Artist Flow is an art-movement therapy group which combines art making and movement rooted in mind-body connection theories. CHC offers separate Artist Flow groups for both children (5 yrs+) and adults (15 yrs+) looking for a unqiue way to connect with themselves and explore your sense of inner peace. Unlike a traditional art or yoga classes, this service focuses on providing a holisitc, relaxing, and somatic-based space, allowing group members to tap into their inherent wisdom and capacity for growth.
*All art or specialized materials included!*
- Online Group (1-hr): $50.00 per person
- In-Person Group (1-hr): $75.00 per person
